If you’re having an issue with your order, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Once you place your order, it takes about 5 – 10 days to create and ship your pet’s glam shot. Shipping times will vary, but will reflect what you would have been told at checkout or on your email receipt.

Generally, it takes between 2 – 4 weeks from when you place your order to when you can hang that beautiful glam shot on your wall.

Once completed, your glam shot goes through a review process to ensure it’s of the highest quality. Not to mention, up to your standards!

All items are shipping with tracking numbers available to you in your email.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 USD+. For orders under $100, we charge flat rate shipping.
