We have a very simple refund policy. If you don’t like your pet portrait or other P&L product, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days after you receive your item.

Ordering stuff off the internet can suck. And it can suck even worse when the stuff you order sucks. Out stuff doesn’t suck, but if on the off chance you think it sucks, we’ll make it suck less by giving you your money and going our separate ways.
